As the session unfolds, guidance may arrive through symbols, images, sensations, animals, messages, or a quiet inner knowing. I don't decide what will come through. I simply listen, trust, and share what I'm shown.

As the guidance reveals what is ready to be seen, I draw upon Divine Light Energy Healing, Reiki, sound healing, energetic attunements, and other supportive modalities to help release stagnant energy and restore your field to a more balanced, coherent state.
