I've Always Been the Girl
Who Noticed Things
Life has always spoken to me through intuition, energy, signs, and synchronicities.
This is the story of how those experiences became the foundation of the work I do today.

Hi! I'm Ani Cassidy (pronounced On-E).
Today, I help people recognize and trust the guidance that's already present in their own lives. I'm also a wife, mom, and lifelong student of the beautiful ways life speaks to us.
For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by the things that can't always be explained. The quiet inner knowing that appears out of nowhere. The sign that arrives at exactly the right moment. The feeling that life is far more interconnected than most people realize.
I grew up believing in God, angels, prayer, and that there was more to life than what we could see with our eyes. Looking back, I realize those early beliefs quietly planted the seeds for the journey I would one day take.
When I was five years old, I fell through the ice after wandering too close to the edge of a partially frozen pond. In those terrifying moments, I remember hearing a calm voice telling me exactly what to do. Looking back, I believe it was my guardian angel guiding me to safety. I didn't fully understand it then, but that experience quietly planted a seed that stayed with me for the rest of my life.
As I grew older, that quiet sense that there was more never left me. I found myself drawn to crystals, meaningful objects from nature, symbolism, and experiences that seemed to carry a deeper message. I didn't have the language for what I was noticing yet. I only knew I was being drawn toward something.
That curiosity eventually led me to a Reiki session at the Golden Door Spa during my honeymoon. What I expected to be a relaxing treatment became a profound spiritual awakening. For the first time, I experienced a level of peace unlike anything I had ever known. I understood, with complete certainty, that we are never alone, that we are all deeply connected, and that we are profoundly loved.
From that moment on, I began exploring energy healing, meditation, intuition, and the deeper questions I had carried for most of my life.
Years later, after losing my dad to cancer, the whispers became impossible to ignore.
I began noticing signs, synchronicities, and moments of guidance in ways I never had before. What once felt like coincidence began to feel like a conversation.
The more I paid attention, the more I realized that guidance had been quietly present all along.
I simply hadn't learned how to recognize it yet.
Over the years, through my own experiences, mentors, and thousands of hours of study and practice, I came to realize something important.
The people who find me are rarely looking for someone to tell them what to believe.
They're looking for someone who understands what they've already been experiencing.
They're the ones who notice things.
A feather at just the right moment.
A recurring number.
A dream they can't stop thinking about.
A quiet inner knowing that refuses to go away.
They already sense there is something more.
They simply haven't been given the language for it yet.
No one handed me the instruction manual.
It took years of experiences, teachers, healing, and practice to understand what I was noticing and how to consciously work with intuition, energy, and the guidance that had always been present in my life.
Life didn't suddenly become magical.
I learned how to notice the magic that was already there.
Today, that journey has become the foundation of my work, helping others recognize the guidance already present in their own lives and trust themselves enough to follow it.
If you've found your way here, perhaps you've been noticing the guidance, too.
I'm so glad you're here.
XOXO,
Ani
